An environmental site assessment (also known as ESA, environmental due diligence and all appropriate inquiry) is commonly done prior to commercial or industrial property transactions to assess the likelihood of contamination and the liability for cleanup if contamination is found.
Define the target site, area of concern, adjoining area etc
Review all available database records, government permits etc to find potential interesting deatils
Review historical maps, events, and occupants

My Role
Basics
My role as a UX designer encompasses a wide array of tasks essential to the design process. These include conducting thorough UX research, engaging in concepting and design exercises, creating prototypes, developing visuals and animations, crafting UX writing, and conducting comprehensive testing. By performing these typical design tasks, I ensure the delivery of user-centric and well-crafted designs that cater to the needs of our target audience and align with our project objectives.
Support
I contribute to maintaining design libraries and tokens, attend developer roundtables to follow up and make sure final product aligns with our design.
Side Projects
I take on a leadership role in side projects whenever other product teams require assistance. These projects involve the development of mobile apps, office add-ins, and websites. By leading these initiatives, I ensure that the user experience is carefully considered and thoughtfully implemented, contributing to the overall success of our entire product ecosystem.
